By accessing or using AutoAI Shorts ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
You agree to not use our services to create harmful, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of the content you create using our services, subject to the rights needed by us to provide and improve the service. You warrant that you have necessary rights to any content you upload.
We may use the generated content for improving our AI models and showcasing examples unless otherwise agreed in a separate Enterprise agreement.
We offer paid subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.
In no event shall AutoAI Shorts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
